We’re very proud to have been shortlisted for Property Deal of the Year in the West Midlands Property Awards 2022.

The awards celebrate the latest property and construction industry innovations, with more than 50 businesses and projects entering the awards.

The Property Deal of the Year looks at projects that will have an impact in the region by enabling growth, unlocking investment and kick-starting wider developments.

In 2021 Oxford Properties and Logistics Capital Partners formed the joint venture to acquire and develop WMI. The £1 billion investment will deliver a c.8 million sq ft new logistics hub with a new Strategic Rail Freight Interchange – generating 8,500 jobs and £430 million of local economic activity each year.

Winners of the West Midlands Property Awards will be announced 17 November 2022 in Birmingham.
